Applicable Law

These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby My Canvas Color provide you services shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the Law of Noida.

Jurisdictional Issue/Sales in India only

Unless otherwise specified, the material on My Canvas Color is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. My Canvas Color makes no representation that materials in My Canvas Color are appropriate or available for use in order location/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other location/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and My Canvas Color is not responsible for the supply of goods refund for the goods ordered from other location/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

We value your business and we know privacy is important to you. Accordingly, we have implemented this Privacy Policy to inform you of the information that we collect from you, how we collect it and what we do with it. By using this website you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we save ?

Above information is for delivery purpose and post-order support only. We do not share this information with any third party, for any purpose whatsoever.
We do NOT save your Credit/Debit Card number, Net Banking ID/Password, Expiry Date, CVV Number and any other details associated with your credit/debit card or bank accounts.

Retention of Data

My Canvas Color can/ will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

My Canvas Color can/ will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Change in Term and Conditions
My Canvas Color has the right to revise and update its terms and conditions at any time for the better enhancement service and website. If any changes, they will be updated in the page and its customer responsibility to check and agree with the current terms and services for all the services we provide.

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. My Canvas Color makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, My Canvas Color does not warrant that:

this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or
the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind.

Limitations of liability

My Canvas Color will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if My has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Shipping and Delivery

Most products are delivered in India within 7 to 10 days of placing the order if ordered without a frame. If ordered with a frame - it takes 10 to 14 days for delivery. If delivery location is a remote location or a village, it might take a slightly higher time for delivery. You can always connect to us for knowing the estimated delivery time before placing the order in such cases.

International deliveries (out of India) usually take 15-20 days for unframed paintings to common destinations like USA, UK, Europe,Canada, Australia, Asian Countries. Please note this is an estimate, and can vary greatly depending upon the network congestion, customs clearance etc. We do not ship framed paintings out of India owing to high courier costs.

Cancellation/ Easy Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted for Custom Sized Artworks.
In rare cases, if any artwork is damaged or lost in transit, we will offer you the full refund.
We offer a 3-Day return policy. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Damaged Product
Incomplete Product
Incorrect Product

We accept returns if the return is a result of our error, that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please email us at mycanvascolors@gmail.com with supporting photographs for reporting any damages within 3 days of receipt of the artwork.

The product will have to be self-shipped to us in the same condition it was delivered. We will pay for the return shipping along with the amount equal to the paid amount for the artwork.

Refunds will be credited to your account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal process and the bank’s processing time.

For artworks delivered outside India:

We do not accept return requests for paintings delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. In order to give a clearer picture on what to expect, International customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email on mycanvascolors@gmail.com after the order is placed. Once the painting is about to be shipped, we will take hi-res images and send to you for approval. We will ship only when you approve.

For Customized Artworks:

Orders once placed through website or via call cannot be revoked or cancelled. As an order is placed an Artist is aligned to the painting and no other order is then accepted by that artist.

During the various stages of the portrait or painting creation, pictures are regularly shared so that the customer can suggest changes if any. An approval is taken before finalizing the portrait and before dispatch.
