These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby My Canvas Color provide you services shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the Law of Noida.
Jurisdictional Issue/Sales in India only
Unless otherwise specified, the material on My Canvas Color is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. My Canvas Color makes no representation that materials in My Canvas Color are appropriate or available for use in order location/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other location/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and My Canvas Color is not responsible for the supply of goods refund for the goods ordered from other location/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Above information is for delivery purpose and post-order support only. We do not share this information with any third party, for any purpose whatsoever.
We do NOT save your Credit/Debit Card number, Net Banking ID/Password, Expiry Date, CVV Number and any other details associated with your credit/debit card or bank accounts.
Change in Term and Conditions
My Canvas Color has the right to revise and update its terms and conditions at any time for the better enhancement service and website. If any changes, they will be updated in the page and its customer responsibility to check and agree with the current terms and services for all the services we provide.
Easy Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted for Custom Sized Artworks.
In rare cases, if any artwork is damaged or lost in transit, we will offer you the full refund.
We offer a 3-Day return policy. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
We accept returns if the return is a result of our error, that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please email us at email@example.com with supporting photographs for reporting any damages within 3 days of receipt of the artwork.
The product will have to be self-shipped to us in the same condition it was delivered. We will pay for the return shipping along with the amount equal to the paid amount for the artwork.
Refunds will be credited to your account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal process and the bank’s processing time.
For artworks delivered outside India:
We do not accept return requests for paintings delivered outside India owing to customs/shipping complications in bringing them back. In order to give a clearer picture on what to expect, International customers can request us for additional images of the artwork before we ship, by sending us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org after the order is placed. Once the painting is about to be shipped, we will take hi-res images and send to you for approval. We will ship only when you approve.
For Customized Artworks:
Orders once placed through website or via call cannot be revoked or cancelled. As an order is placed an Artist is aligned to the painting and no other order is then accepted by that artist.
During the various stages of the portrait or painting creation, pictures are regularly shared so that the customer can suggest changes if any. An approval is taken before finalizing the portrait and before dispatch.
